Can I update the delivery address after placing an order?
Once an order is placed, it is generally prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days. If you need to update the delivery address, contact us immediately providing your name and order number. We will do our best to change the address, but we cannot guarantee changes after shipment.

What are the shipping procedures?
Our warehouse ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. After placing an order, it takes 1-2 business days for preparation, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.
What happens if items are out of stock or on pre-order?
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email with the expected shipping date. If the delay exceeds two weeks, we will automatically issue a refund for the unavailable items.
What should I do if the delivery address is incorrect?
If you realize the delivery address is incorrect, contact us immediately by email providing your name and order number. We will do our best to correct the address before shipping, but we cannot guarantee changes once the package has left our warehouse.

What are the conditions for returns?
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
For defective products, we cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, including complaints, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
